Our dedicated event team will work with you every step of the way, ensuring that each detail of your day is thoughtfully planned & executed. When you host your wedding at Jackrabbit Club, you’ll experience the following coordination services:

  • Invitation to one of our wedding menu tasting events where you'll sample offerings from food and beverage menus.

  • In-person meetings with our event team to select and review every detail of your day.

  • Final planning meeting to review your event timeline, vendors, and set-up details to ensure everything is in place.

  • Ongoing support from our team with unlimited email communication leading up to your wedding.

  • Coordination with all third party vendors including florists, DJ & MC, photographers, and planners to guarantee a smooth day.

  • A Jackrabbit Club event manager on-site for all set up and day-of coordination.

  • Basic decor set up, including welcome table decor, place cards, photos, signage, favors, and dessert table.
